This document includes operational instructions provided by the Media Office of “Salah al-Din Province” in the “Islamic State of Iraq” to the emirs and media directors of all sectors. The author wants to make sure that he has an accurate distribution list for those who are supposed to receive copies of new releases. The goal is to have jihadi releases reach all soldiers of the sectors. A coded message is also included in the same letter.
