This document is a report detailing the incoming, permanent, and outgoing fighters to and from an unspecified area (presumably the Border Emirate) of the Islamic State of Iraq. The first section accounts for 33 fighters arriving in Iraq from December 31, 2006 – 23 January 2007. The second section catalogues 32 permanent fighters in the region. The report identifies each person by name, lists the number of each person’s family members and indicates each person’s salary. No fighters exited the region during the stated time period.
