On 26 October, the Combating Terrorism Center was honored to host National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) Director Nicholas Rasmussen, who served as the Center’s distinguished guest lecturer for its annual Yearling Lecture. In addition to providing remarks to the entire Yearling class, Mr. Rasmussen also lectured to cadets in the CTC’s Terrorism Studies minor and received a command brief from the CTC team.
