MG Wayne Grigsby, Commander of Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa, visited the CTC on 20 October. MG Grigsby spoke about the challenges of al-Shabaab and the many drivers of instability in the region with CTC faculty and he guest lectured to cadets in the Terrorism Studies minor.
