This Pashto and English language document is an appeal made by the Pakistani government to the Taliban leadership for the extradition of nine wanted Pakistani “terrorists.” It includes photographs and names, aliases and last known sightings of these individuals, and it reminds the Taliban that Pakistan was the first country in the world to recognize their regime | that it does not allow anti-Taliban activities to be carried out from its territories | and that it expects the Taliban’s cooperation in“disallowing any anti-Pakistan activity from Afghan soil.” Three of the four camps identified as harboring fugitives from Pakistan are indicated as being under Jalaluddin Haqqani’s control.
