This document is an al-Qa`ida in Iraq pledge for members seeking to travel abroad for medical treatment. It is signed and completed by an individual named Ahmad Khalifah Ahmad al-Hajji using the alias Abu Hajar. By entering into the contract to travel overseas for medical treatment the fighter agrees to follow all orders given by the Emir of the region, to refrain from disclosing any information and not to return to Iraq without orders to do so. He completed the pledge by giving his name, alias, signature, and thumbprint.
