On 14 February, the Combating Terrorism Center’s Distinguished Chair Ambassador Michael Sheehan and its George H. Gilmore Senior Fellow Dr. Bruce Hoffman testified before the House Armed Services Committee. AMB Sheehan and Dr. Hoffman participated in the HASC’s hearing on “The Evolving Threat of Terrorism and Effective Counterterrorism Strategies.”
