On 30 October, the Combating Terrorism Center was pleased to host Brigadier General Christopher Burns, Assistant Commanding General, Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT). CTC’s leadership, including Director LTC Bryan Price and Deputy Director Brian Dodwell, provided BG Burns with a command brief and focused much of the discussion on the threat posed by the Islamic State.
