Brigadier General Richard Keene, Assistant Vice Commander of USSOCOM, visited the CTC on December 17th to discuss the Center’s long-standing relationship with USSOCOM and receive research briefings from CTC faculty members. BG Keene’s replacement, COL(P) Chris Burns, and COL DaSilva, Army G3-Special Operations Division, also attended the briefing.
