A recent New York Times article featured content published by the Combating Terrorism Center. In their 8 July article entitled “ISIS, Despite Heavy Losses, Still Inspires Global Attacks,” New York Times journalists Ben Hubbard and Eric Schmitt featured a quote by LTG Michael K. Nagata from his interview in the latest issue of the CTC Sentinel. In the same article, Hubbard and Schmitt also cite the CTC’s latest report on the Islamic State entitled “The Fight Goes On: The Islamic State’s Continuing Military Efforts in Liberated Cities.”
