CTC Director LTC Bryan Price was invited to speak to international scholars attending the U.S. Foreign Policy Summer Institute at Bard College on July 15th. The program hosts academics from 16 different countries for a 6-week academic exchange program and is funded by the State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. LTC Price’s talk was entitled, “The Evolution and Challenges of U.S. Counterterrorism.”
