The CTC hosted a high-ranking delegation of police officials from Malaysia and representatives from the US Department of State, Diplomatic Security Service on Monday, 17 September 2012. Select CTC staff and faculty, including Deputy Director Todd Schultz, Dr. Scott Helfstein, Don Rassler, and Joe Quinn, joined CTC Director MAJ Bryan Price in briefing Malaysian officials on the CTC’s structure and operations. The Malaysian delegation was interested in taking the CTC model back to their home country to enhance their counterterrorism efforts.
