This document is a letter from Usama bin Laden to King Fahd of Saudi Arabia, in which Bin Laden strongly criticizes the Saudi Arabia regime for not adhering to the tenets of Islam (particularly monotheism), rampant corruption, and its close relationship with the United States and other Western countries. This document is almost identical to another Harmony document in the CTC’s collection entitled the “Letters from Bin Laden.”
