This document is an al-Qa`ida in Iraq pledge for traveling abroad to seek medical treatment, signed by an individual named of `Abdullah Muhammad `Abdullah using the alias Khatab al-Janubi. By signing the pledge for traveling abroad for medical treatment al-Janubi agreed to certain requirements. He completed the pledge by providing his name, telephone number, alias, signature, and thumbprint.
