On 7 March, CTC Director of Research Dr. Daniel Milton presented his research on the role of foreign fighters in the 9/11 attacks at a workshop on foreign fighters hosted by the Elliot School of International Affairs at George Washington University. The workshop featured presentations from a number of leading scholars and practitioners studying the foreign fighter problem.
