CTC instructor Gabriel Koehler-Derrick presented two lectures to the 2011 Defense Institute of International Legal Studies (DIILS) an initiative of the Naval War College in Newport Rhode Island. The 22 participants in the program from 18 different countries were from a range of different professions including law enforcement, military, and civilian officials.
