This week, LTC Bryan Price, the Combating Terrorism Center’s director, traveled to Garmisch, Germany, to speak to the Marshall Center’s Program on Terrorism and Security Studies. The four-week program consists of 69 counterterrorism officials from 45 countries. This is the second time LTC Price has been invited to deliver remarks at the Marshall Center.
