This past April CTC Associate Don Rassler taught a three-day counterterrorism course for 20 domestic and foreign military officers as part of the U.S. Army War College’s Joint War-fighting Advanced Studies Program (JWASP) course. Topics and guided discussion ranged from the purpose and history of terrorism to the evolution of al-Qa’ida and the effectiveness of various counterterrorism measures.
We Teach: In addition to courses at West Point the CTC directs counterterrorism educational programs for four partner government agencies. These programs provide practitioners with both the contextual knowledge and intellectual frameworks necessary to comprehend the dynamic threat environment and act with confidence.
