On 24 January, The New York Times featured findings from an article in the latest CTC Sentinel. Entitled “Cell Behind Barcelona Attack May Have Had Sights on Eiffel Tower,” the Times piece, written by Rukmini Callimachi, outlined new information uncovered by scholars Fernando Reinares and Carola García-Calvo and published in the cover article of the January 2018 CTC Sentinel.
