The CTC briefed 71 members of the U.S. Army War College International Fellows program on Wednesday, 12 September 2012. Dr. Nelly Lahoud and Gabe Koehler-Derrick presented findings from their research on al Qaeda and the Arab Spring, and CTC Director MAJ Bryan Price provided an overview of the CTC and its mission.
