This document is a welcome note and list of rules and regulations for new visitors at an al-Qa`ida guest house.
The author, Abu `Ata’ al-Sharqi, welcomes new guests and requests them to abide by a list of 12 rules and regulations. The majority of the rules and regulations govern guesthouse cleanliness, conservation of resources and utilities, safety and security as well as length of stay. Guests are also advised against engaging in any discussions regarding ideology, religion or Shari`a law if they are not academically qualified.
