This document is al-Qa`ida’s constitution and breakdown of employee benefits for the period before the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan. This document is structured like a traditional corporate mission statement and describes al-Qa`ida’s core goals and beliefs. It also delineates the core behaviors expected of al-Qa`ida’s members and describes what they should expect as compensation from the core organization. The document describes a pay scale that varies depending on the marital status and number of children of a recruit. The document also states the al-Qa`ida’s Covenant, an oath sworn by al-Qa`ida’s recruits upon joining the organization. This Harmony document is a duplicate of AFGP-2002-600175.
