This document is a statement that was issued by the Islamic Army in Iraq. The authors starts with a short introduction about the Islamic army in Iraq and summarizes the ideology and operational methods of the group that they have adopted since the group’s established until the date of writing this statement. The author closed by sending four appeals: First one to scholars of the ummah. Second one to the leaders of Al-Qa`ida Organization headed by Usama Bin Laden. Third one to all members of Al-Qa`ida in Iraq. And fourth one to all the jihadi groups in Iraq.
