The CTC Sentinel‘s latest issue has again been featured in the national media. In a February 4 article on Yemen by Sudarshan Raghavan, The Washington Post cited analysis from Michael Horton that appeared in the January issue of the Sentinel. Horton’s article, entitled “Fighting the Long War: The Evolution of al-Qa`ida in the Arabian Peninsula,” focused on how the ongoing civil war in Yemen is creating an ideal operational environment for al-Qa`ida in the Arabian Peninsula.
