On Friday, 15 October 2010, the Combating Terrorism Center released “Crime and Insurgency in the Tribal Areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan,” a new report written by renowned journalist and author Gretchen Peters, at an event hosted by the Business Executives for National Security (BENS) at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
