Major Noelle Kerr is a native of Sterling Heights, MI. She graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science in Russian Language and Terrorism Studies. Commissioned as an Air Defense Artillery Officer, Noelle served as a Patriot Fire Control Platoon Leader in 2-1 ADA (South Korea) and deployed as a Tactical Director with 5-52 ADA to Turkey.
In 2018, Noelle became a Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Officer after graduating as Honor Graduate from the PSYOP Qualification course. She served as a Detachment Commander in 6th PSYOP BN where she deployed to Ukraine in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve and later as an Assistant Operations Officer. In 2021, Noelle served within the 1st Special Forces Command Secretary of the General Staff.
Currently, Noelle resides with her husband, Jim, and her son, Jimmy, and is completing her second year at the University of Michigan Ford School of Public Policy in Ann Arbor, MI.
