Will Gerhardt is a native of Roanoke, Virginia, and graduated from George Mason University in 2016. As an Infantry Officer, Will served as a Rifle Platoon Leader in the 82nd Airborne Division and 3rd Ranger Battalion, deploying twice to Afghanistan.
Following the Maneuver Captains Career Course, Will served as a Brigade Assistant Operations Officer at the Airborne and Ranger Training Brigade. After serving at ARTB, Will deployed to Eastern Europe with the 101st Airborne Division as a Brigade Plans Officer and Company Commander. Upon completing Company Command, Will served as the Battalion Adjutant for the Regimental Special Troops Battalion.
Will is married to the former Lakin Daynorowicz.
