Pierce Willenbrock graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2015 and commissioned as an Infantry Officer. As a Lieutenant in the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum, NY, he served as an Assistant Battalion Operations Officer and Rifle Platoon Leader. Pierce deployed in support of Operation Ardent Sentinel.
As a Special Forces Officer, Pierce served as a Detachment Commander and Plans Officer in the 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg, NC. He deployed in support of Operation Juniper Shield and Operation Inherent Resolve.
His military education includes the Infantry Basic Officer Leaders Course, Ranger School, Airborne School, Special Operations Forces Captain’s Career Course, the Special Forces Qualification Course, and the Static Line Jumpmaster Course.
Pierce’s wife Megan serves as an Army Gynecologic Surgery and Obstetrics Resident Physician.
