Captain Noelle Kerr is a native of Sterling Heights, MI. She graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2012 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Russian Language and Terrorism Studies. Commissioned as an Air Defense Artillery Officer, Noelle served as a Patriot Fire Control Platoon Leader in 2-1 ADA (South Korea) and deployed as a Tactical Director with 5-52 ADA to Turkey.
In 2018, Noelle became a Psychological Operations (PSYOP) Officer after graduating as Honor Graduate from the PSYOP Qualification course. She served as a Detachment Commander in 6th PSYOP BN where she deployed to Ukraine in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve and later as an Assistant Operations Officer. Currently, Noelle serves within the 1st Special Forces Command Secretary of the General Staff.
Noelle resides with her husband, Jim, in North Carolina and will begin graduate school in the fall of 2022.
