On 22 November, the Combating Terrorism Center welcomed Mr. Matt Olsen, the Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, for a full-day engagement. In the morning, Director Olsen received a command brief from CTC Director Major Bryan Price and multiple research briefings from CTC faculty. He ate lunch with cadets who completed a 6-week AIAD with NCTC last summer and the cadets who will be doing the AIAD this summer. In the afternoon, Director Olsen gave a classified guest lecture to cadets in the Terrorism Studies minor. Also in attendance were all of the Downing Scholars.
