Mr. Jim Yacone, Assistant Director of the FBI and Commander of the Bureau’s elite Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG), visited the CTC on 13 September. A graduate from the Class of 1987 (a generous supporter of the CTC) and a proud member of the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR), Mr. Yacone received a Center brief from CTC Director MAJ Bryan Price, the CTC’s Class of 1971 Senior Fellow, LTG(Ret) Dell Dailey, and Mr. George Gilmore, the benefactor of the Elizabeth Anne Gilmore Fellows Program which funds all of the CTC’s summer internships with various partners. Also in attendance were CDTs Amy Sexton and Eric Johnson who conducted two AIADs this summer, the former with the NCTC in Washington, DC, and the latter with Mr. Yacone’s FBI Cyber Unit in Quantico, VA.
