On 5 February 2015, Mr. Brian Dodwell provided a lecture for New York State Counter Terrorism Zone 4 (CTZ-4) in Harriman, NY. CTZ-4 members include federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies from Sullivan, Orange, and Rockland counties. He taught a class on Radicalization and American Jihadis.
