MAJ Bryan Price, Ph.D, the CTC’s Director, delivered a keynote address at the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism’s (ICT) 13th Annual World Summit on Counter-Terrorism in Herzliya, Israel, on 9 September. The Conference draws over 1,000 of the top counterterrorism policymakers, experts, and advisors from all corners of the world. In addition to his keynote address entitled, “The Future Challenges of Counterterrorism: Trying to Cure an Incurable Disease,” MAJ Price also presented some of his research on leadership decapitation and its effectiveness as a counterterrorism tactic during one of the Conference’s panels. The CTC would like to thank Dr. Boaz Ganor, Director of the ICT, and Dr. Assaf Moghadam, Senior Lecturer at the ICT and current CTC Fellow, for the opportunity to develop stronger ties between our two organizations.
