LTG Robert Caslen, the 59th Superintendent of the US Military Academy, guest lectured in the Center’s new course SS466 Combating Terrorism on Monday, 10 March. The course provides cadets with an understanding of the various tools used in combating terrorism today and forces them to think critically about the efficacy of these tools against contemporary threats. In his guest lecture, LTG Caslen discussed the principles of Security Force Assistance and Building Partner Capacity and shared his experiences leading the Office of Security Cooperation-Iraq from 2011-2013.
