This document is a security report from Abu Hiba indicates that a series of break-ins were executed in Hadithah, Baghdadi, and Hit in Iraq. The targets of these break-ins were post offices, with an apparent goal of cutting off communication by taking the phone switch boards. The break-ins appear to be synchronized. Another notes were added by Abu `Azzam in which he mentions that cables were cut as well, and to keep an eye on the post offices to see if anything is repaired and to“follow up” with the post offices if they are repaired, more than likely implying to keep the post offices disabled.
