This document is a letter to Abu Hamzah from Abu Fatima, requesting that he correct recent problems and investigate the ‘dark side’ of his organization. In his letter, the author states the ISI is making many mistakes including the following:
• Slandering other groups.
• Taking over the weapon supplies from other groups.
• Committing violent acts against other groups, particularly in Arab Khabour.
• Blockading the streets.
The author is respectful to Abu Hamzah, and hopes that Abu Hamzah will fix the problems. Nonetheless, the author threatens that if Abu Hamzah does not reply by the day following his receipt of the letter, the author claims that he will publically reveal his message.
