This document is a detailed report of income and expense from the Islamic State of Iraq during the period of the tenth and eleventh months of the Islamic calendar for an unspecified year. The report details the monetary income, expenses, departing and entering mujahidin, and weapons purchased for use by the border sector. The reported income includes donations, as well as money and the personal effects of incoming fighters. After the list of expenses, the report notes the entrance of 114 mujahidin to the Islamic State of Iraq. Additionally, fifteen automobiles were purchased as well as a broad range of weapons and ammunition.
