This complaint is from a woman who was in a home with her husband. He had to leave for work (with permission from the Hisbah) and she was in the home. When the bombing of Raqqa began, she left to go live with family in the countryside. When she returned, a foreign Islamic State member from Turkey was living in her home and told her that she couldn’t have it back and that her husband was an apostate.
