This complaint states it is from a homeowner who has a neighbor in the Hisbah. The son of the Hisbah member is always on the roof and perhaps looking into the homeowner’s home. The homeowner complained to his father, but was attacked as a result. He tried to file a complaint at the police station, but the Hisbah member retaliated against him again.
