The complainant was driving someone to a location when they were stopped at a checkpoint. The checkpoint soldiers asked for their phones and the complainant asked if the person he was driving had any pictures of his mother or sisters. The checkpoint soldier took issue with this and became verbally and physically abusive. He then asked abused person to apologize on the way out.
