This is a complaint from a generator operator, who says that an individual within the Islamic State came into his generator area and was mad because of power issues. He threw rocks at, insulted, and hit the generator owner. An Islamic State police officer came and the man tried to take his weapon. Eventually a crowd came and helped solve the situation.
