This complaint is from an individual who alleges that, after being told that his uncle did not have a woman for him to marry, his uncle told his son that he was attacked by the complainant for not having a wife for him. As a result, the son then brought Islamic State police to the complainant’s house, gunfire ensued, and he was arrested for six days.
