This is an investigation form for a complaint. In the interview of the complainant, he notes that he was in a dispute with Hisbah members and that they hit him. Eventually, he was imprisoned while the members that hit him went free. It seems that he is an IS member, but they didn’t know that. He raises the question of whether that would have changed his sentence or the outcome of the dispute.
