This collection of letters, including several authored by Jalaluddin Haqqani, was recovered in 2002 at a compound associated with Haqqani network leaders. An English language translation is provided of page 25. This letter, written by Sayef al-Rahman on 10 July 1985 on Ittihad letterhead, informs Jalaluddin Haqqani that he has received a shipment of munitions from Peshawar.
