This document is an internal al-Qa`ida memo from Abu Hafs to Abu-Muhammad. In this memo, Abu Hafs requests Abu Muhammad to quickly select two of his camp trainees for an electronics training course in Pakistan. Abu Hafs notes that the two new recruits will allow him to establish a new and independent cell in an unspecified location. This document was signed by Abu Hafs (the director of the military committee of Qa`idat Ansar Allah), and dated 1/5/1422, corresponding to 3/29/2001.
