This document is a letter sent from the leader of a military group, Abu `Ata’ al-Sharqi to his training chief. In it, the author highlights some recent activities which include a group member slated for “elimination” for having embezzled the group’s money. Also mentioned is the transfer of al-Qa`ida weapons to one of two groups. The author also talks about training two groups | one a group of Tajiks (which has already been completed), and the other being a group of Uzbeks.
