This is a report provided by Abu `Abdullah al-Ansari to document his expenses for suicide operations
(US$52,790.00) while he was in charge of Border Sector 1 from 15 March 2006 until Abu Muthanna took over
on 16 September 2006. The expenses went to pay salaries, transportation, smugglers’ fees, mobile phones,
spare car parts, equipping a house for Bilal (wanted by the enemy), fuel, and expenses to bring a woman and
16 children from Syria. Additional money came from Muslims in Iraq.
