A document is a description of a letter written by Abu `Ata’ al-Sharqi of the Jihadwal camp in Afghanistan. The author references an attack on a Sunni mosque and on the house of Usama bin Laden. The author also discusses various conflicts surrounding the al-Farooq training camp within and between members of al-Qa`ida and other foreign fighters regarding the group’s al-Furkan project. Abu `Ata’ al-Sharqi also share some thoughts about how the group can become more involved / establish a stronger presence in Tajikistan.
