This document is a collection of letters that were recovered in 2002 at a facility associated with the Haqqani network. An English language translation of page one, an undated letter, is provided. This document is a handwritten letter from Isa Khan to Mawlawi Saheb Nezamaddin that describes activities in the area of Ibrahim Khail (“Ibrahim Khail” is an area in “Tora Bora” near the Khybar Pass in Eastern Afghanistan). The letter also discusses an unnamed individual that has been moved, the security situation, and a need for supplies.
