The Union League Club invited CTC Director MAJ Bryan Price to speak about the growing threat of ISIS on Monday, September 29th, to a packed audience in NYC. MAJ Price spoke about the group’s history, finances, military operations, propaganda, and its governance activity. This is the second time the ULC has invited a member from the SOSH Department to speak to the Club in the last few months – Dr. Rob Person gave a talk on the Ukraine crisis in August.
